Ingredients
-1/2 cup Valley Grown Almonds
-Two bags Chester's Puff Corn (Buttered Flavor)
-Two bags Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
-Sprinkles
Preparation
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, alternating for 30 seconds and stirring between so it doesn't burn.
Place popcorn in a large bowl and pour over the melted chocolate. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Add in your almonds and sprinkles and mix together just until incorporated.
Spread on parchment paper until the chocolate dries, break it apart and place in a Ziploc, or sealed container for up to 3 days.
