Chocolate and Almond Butter Strawberry Banana Bark

-Dark or milk chocolate


-Valley Grown Almond Butter


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Start by washing fresh strawberries and thinly slice them. Take your banana and cut into slices as well.

  3. Place your banana slices on the parchment paper and arrange the strawberries around the bananas to form a flower/star shape.

  4. Melt your chocolate and drizzle enough chocolate on your flowers/stars so that it covers the banana and is touching all the strawberry edges.

  5. Drizzle your Valley Grown Almond butter on top, and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

  6. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, eat, and enjoy! (Store in the freezer for up to 2 months)
