Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream

About the Recipe


Ingredients for Ice Cream

-2 cups heavy cream

-1 cup whole milk

-8-ounce block cream cheese, softened

-1 cup granulated sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 cup chopped Valley Grown Cinnamon Glazed Walnuts, for mixing in

Ingredients for Cinnamon Roll Filling

-1/4 salted butter, melted

-1/2 cup brown sugar, dark or light

-1 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. In a mixing bowl, blend your cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until creamy. Add in your heavy cream and milk and blend together.

  2. Follow the manufactures instructions on your ice cream maker and begin making the cream cheese ice cream base.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix together your ingredients for the cinnamon roll filling, until smooth.

  4. Once ice cream is done, take your ice cream pan or tub, and pour half the ice cream into the bottom of the pan. Take a spoon and drizzle half of your cinnamon roll filling over top, and then add 1/4 cup of the chopped walnuts on top. Swirl together with a knife. Repeat the same steps for the second half.

  5. Place your ice cream in the freezer for two hours to continue to freeze.

  6. Serve with more chopped Cinnamon Glazed Walnuts and ENJOY!
