About the Recipe
Ingredients
-1 cup Valley Grown Almond Butter
-1/3 cup pure maple syrup
-1/2 cup coconut flour
Preparation
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure you have room in your freezer for the baking sheet.
In a medium mixing bowl, add all three ingredients, and mix until combined with a rubber spatula.
Once all ingredients are combined and thickened, cover the bowl and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the dough from the freezer. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form small dough balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet evenly apart.
Using a fork, flatten the cookies to your desired thickness. Place in the freezer again for 30 minutes until firm. Remove from the freezer and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or store in the freezer to last up to 2 months.
ENJOY!
