Ingredients
3 cups Chex cereal
½ cup almond butter or walnut butter
â…“ cup honey (or maple syrup)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins:
¼ cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp mini M&Ms (cute for kids reels)
2 tbsp shredded coconut
Chopped nuts

Preparation
Warm the mixture In a small saucepan (or microwave), gently warm the nut butter + honey until smooth.
Stir in vanilla + salt.
Pour over the Chex cereal and gently fold until coated.
Let it cool slightly, then mix in chocolate chips or toppings.
Scoop onto parchment paper (small mounds).
Set Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until firm.
Tip: Let mixture cool a bit before adding chocolate so it doesn’t melt
