No-Bake Cookie Dough Bars

About the Recipe

Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

-1 ¼ cup almond flour (made from our valley-grown almonds)

-½ cup creamy almond butter

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-¼ cup maple syrup

-1 tbsp coconut sugar

-Pinch of salt

-½ cup chocolate chips

Topping:

-1 cup chocolate chips

-2 tsp coconut oil

-Flaky sea salt (optional but highly recommended!)






Preparation

  1. Combine all cookie dough ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.

  2. Press mixture firmly into a lined loaf pan and freeze while making the topping.

  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour evenly over the dough.

  4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze until set.

  5. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
