Ingredients
Bars:
1 cup Valley Grown Produce almond or walnut butter
½ cup honey (or maple syrup)
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Chocolate Layer:
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
All Natural Almond Butter

Preparation
In a bowl, combine nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Â (If using Valley Grown lightly salted walnut butter, omit the salt.)
Stir in oats and until fully coated.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly.
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals until smooth.
Pour chocolate over the bars and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares or bars and store in the fridge.
