Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts

About the Recipe


-1 pound brussels sprouts

-4 ounces diced bacon

-3/4 cup chopped Valley Grown Walnuts

-3 Tbsp olive oil

--1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp pepper

-2 Tbsp maple syrup (3 if you want a little more sweetness)

-2 garlic cloves, minced and crushed up


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

  2. Wash your brussels sprouts, trim ends, and cut them in half. Toss them in a bowl with your bacon, olive oil, walnuts, salt and pepper. Mix the mixture together and spread on your sheet pan in a single layer.

  3. Roast your brussels sporuts for 25-30 minutes while flipping in between until they are tender and crispy.

  4. Romove from the oven and toss them with your maple syrup and garlic.

  5. Place back in the oven fro 2-3 more minutes.

  6. Serve and ENJOY!
