Soft, chewy, and full of fall flavor — these Pumpkin Walnut Blondies blend cozy pumpkin spice with the perfect crunch of Valley Grown walnuts.

Ingredients
¾ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts (or almonds)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
Mix pumpkin, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir in nuts, pour into pan, and bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely, then cut.
Note: Add a cream cheese frosting on top for an extra sweet treat.
