  • 1 bag dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Valentine’s M&M’s

  • Valley Grown almonds, chopped Optional: substitute or mix in chopped Valley Grown walnuts

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate:

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  2. Spread:

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into an even layer using a spatula.

  3. Top it off:

    Sprinkle Valentine’s M&M’s evenly over the chocolate, followed by chopped Valley Grown almonds (and/or walnuts).

  4. Chill:

    Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully hardened.

  5. Break & store:

    Remove from the fridge and break the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Tips
  • Mix nut varieties for extra texture and flavor

  • Package in clear bags or boxes for an easy Valentine’s gift

  • Keeps well refrigerated for up to a week (if it lasts that long!)
