About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 bag dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Valentine’s M&M’s
Valley Grown almonds, chopped Optional: substitute or mix in chopped Valley Grown walnuts
Preparation
Melt the chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Spread:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment and spread into an even layer using a spatula.
Top it off:
Sprinkle Valentine’s M&M’s evenly over the chocolate, followed by chopped Valley Grown almonds (and/or walnuts).
Chill:
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully hardened.
Break & store:
Remove from the fridge and break the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Mix nut varieties for extra texture and flavor
Package in clear bags or boxes for an easy Valentine’s gift
Keeps well refrigerated for up to a week (if it lasts that long!)
