  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¾ cup milk of choice (oat, almond, or dairy)

  • ¼–½ cup cold brew coffee or a shot of espresso (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon walnut butter

  • 1–2 tablespoons Valley Grown walnuts to crumble on top

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

  • Handful of ice
