Ingredients
-2 ½ stick softened butter
-1 cup granulated sugar
-1 ¼ cup brown sugar
-1 â…” cup all purpose flour
-2 cups cake flour
-1 ¼ tsp baking soda
-1 ½ tsp baking powder
-½ tsp salt
-2 tsp. Vanilla extract
-1 cup chopped walnuts
-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
-2 eggs
Preparation
-In a stand mixer cream together your butter and sugars for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
-Slowly add in your eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla.
-Sift together your flour, salt, baking soda, and powder.
-Slowly stir in your dry ingredients.
-Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts until just combined.
-Refrigerate dough for 12 hours or up to 24.
-When the dough is cool, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop large balls of dough, about ¼ cup and place on a baking sheet enough distance apart incase of spreading in the oven.
-Bake for 18 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool. ENJOY!
