About the Recipe
Ingredients
5 cups watermelon, chopped and diced
2 medium cucumbers, cut into fours.
6-8 ounces blueberries, or blackberries
1/3 cup roasted, and cooled, chopped Valley Grown Walnuts
3-4 ounces Feta Cheese
Lime juice, from two limes
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Chili lime seasoning
Chopped fresh mint
Preparation
Dice your watermelon into cubes and add them to a large bowl
Add your blueberries, feta, walnuts, cucumber, lime juice, salt, seasoning, mint and olive oil.
Mix all your ingredients carefully, without crushing the watermelon.
Serve and ENJOY!
